1. For Product Purchases (Online Orders)

We hope you love your purchase. However, if there is a problem with your order from DOMI—such as receiving a damaged product—please return it to us within 1 working day of receiving the item, and we will replace it or issue a refund.

Returns Procedure

● Ensure the item is returned in its original, unused condition within 2 working days.

● Send via recorded delivery service (e.g. Poslaju, ABX Express, Gdex, Skynet). We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

● Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method within 1 working day of receiving valid return notice and product return.

● Return postage fees will only be refunded if the product is faulty or the wrong item was sent.

● Used or opened products are not eligible for return or refund.

2. For Treatments & Services

Our treatments are customized services. As such, once a treatment has been purchased, booked, or completed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, including for packages or promotional treatments.

Please Note:

● We highly recommend a consultation before booking to ensure the treatment is suitable for your individual needs and expectations.

● Treatment results may vary depending on individual skin type, health condition, and post-treatment care.

● Dissatisfaction with the result is not a valid reason for refund, but our team will do their best to provide appropriate solutions or follow-up.

● In exceptional cases, please notify us within 24 hours. Each case will be reviewed individually, and any compensation is at the sole discretion of DOMI’s management.
